2. Can I play using MAC OS?

As of now, Playpark Special Force is NOT available for MAC OS.

3. In which countries is the Playpark Special Force service available?

Playpark Special Force services the following countries in Southeast Asia – Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam only.

4. Is Playpark Special Force FREE to Play?

YES! Playpark Special Force is a FREE to Play FPS Game. There is NO need to pay any registration fee, game time fee, assistance/support fee, and any of the sort.

NOTE: Be wary of personalities pretending to be representatives of Special Force and/or of Playpark who are asking for payment to render services related to the game and the publisher. Report them to the Playpark Support website immediately.

5. How do I start playing SF?

Step 1: Register for a PlayPark account at https://register.playpark.net/register/RegisterEmail.aspx 

*Make sure to verify your account after you register it.
*If you have an existing Playpark account, used for any game under Playpark, you may use it.

Your User ID/PlayID for SF will be your whole email address.

COMMON ERRORS AND THEIR SOLUTIONS

This error is encountered during the Special Force installation.

Error message: Error opening file for writing: C\:Program Files\Playpark\Special Force\api-ms-win-core-console-l1-1-0.dll

TO FIX: Run the Installer as Admin

1. Right-click the Special Force Installer

2. Click “Run as Admin”

  1. This error is encountered when the game client you downloaded is corrupted.

Error message: NSIS Error

Possible Solution 1:

  1. Right-click the Special Force Installer
  2. Go to “Compatibility” Tab.
  3. Check “run this program in compatibility mode for:” and choose the Operating System you use.
  4. Click “Apply”.
  5. Run the Installer as Admin (Right Click the installer ~> Run as Admin)

Possible Solution 2:
Download the complete and clean installer. Make sure there’s no interruption in your internet connection while downloading.

 

COMMON FIX:

1. Open Special Force folder
2. Delete “specialforce.exe” and “Agate” folder.
3. Run SF Launcher as administrator.
4. Click Repair and wait until the patch is complete.
5. Start the game.

 

Error code 10000001:

This error appear if you open your Special Force Launcher multiple times.

1. Restart your PC.
2. If the issue still persist, open the task manager by pressing CTRL+ALT+ DELETE (or shortcut key SHIFT+CTRL+Esc).
3. Click “Task Manager”
4. Go to Process and and find SFPatcher.exe.
5. Right click then “End task”.
6. Run the game again.

 

Not Authorize to server:

– Try to relogin your account.

 

Operation failed: Create memory dump file:

1. Go to Special Force folder and delete all the .DMP files.
2. Close all unnecessary application running while playing SF.
3. Turn off anti virus and fire wall then Launch the game.

 

The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you’re running:

1. Right Click on the Special Force.exe
2. Go to Compatibility Tab.
3. Check “run this program in compatibility mode for:” and choose the Operating System you use.
4. Click Apply.
5. Run the Installer as Admin.

 

Error: opening file for writing:

– Run the SpecialForce.exe as admin:

1. Right Click on the Special Force Installer
2. Click Run as Admin

 

Cannot find HyperPeerWrapper.dll:

– Re-install your Special Force Client.
– You may download the latest client installer here: http://download.playpark.com//

 

Error Code: e0191002:

1. Turn off anti virus and fire wall.
2. Close all unnecessary application running while playing SF.

 

Fail to Complete (n) Files:

1. Open Special Force folder
2. Delete “specialforce.exe” and “Agate” folder.
3. Run SF Launcher as administrator.
4. Click Repair and wait until the patch is complete.
5. Start the game.

If issue still persist, please try to re-install your Special Force client. Download the lastest client installer here: http://download.playpark.com//

 

Runtime Error:

– Download and install the latest Visual C++ Redistributable here

 

aGate not responding / aGate loading:

1. Open Special Force folder
2. Delete  “Agate” folder.
3. Run SF Launcher as administrator.
4. Click Repair and wait until the patch is complete.
5. Start the game.

 


XIGN Code Related Errors

For Xign code related errors, make sure to close any unnecessary program running in your computer while playing Special Force especially your Anti-Virus. Also, try to clean up your pc using CCleaner and make your pc free from trojans and other viruses.
